Praise God!! Lisa is cancer free!! She had her surgery on Thur and they were able to remove all the cancer. She still may have to have chemo and radiation, but the cancer is GONE! I was with her all day and then on Friday we left for Hannibal to have Christmas with Mom and Dad. We went to see Allie Jo, she is growing like a weed. I love spending time with my family and enjoy the holidays! Thank you God for taking care of Lisa, she is an amazing woman and STRONG!

The grocery store is almost complete! That's right, my amazing husband is building a small market for the girls downstairs. I don't know too many Daddys that would transform his own office into a market for his little girls to play in… we are blessed! Today is Christmas Eve Eve (as Avery said) and the girls are so excited for Christmas. I have to admit, I am pretty excited too!! I love the holidays! We had Christmas at Beckys last night, we had a great time. Played a little bingo, visited, and enjoyed family time.

Well this has been a week… My dear friend Lisa Wood was diagnosed with breast cancer on Monday. I went with her to her apt on Wed and she found out she will be having a double mastectomy. I pray all goes well with the surgery and there is no need for chemo. We are planning a fun night for her next Wed. at Shoemakers, Tracy is making Team Lisa shirts for our event… I love her and our friendship is amazing, I hate that she has to go through this. Avery was sick today. She has a terrible sore throat. I took her to the chiro and they gave her some all natural meds. She's feeling a little better, but it always seems like at night time kiddos don't feel so well. Not sure about school tomorrow… we will wait and see. Landry is so full of energy… my girls are amazing! I love them so much. Landry makes me laugh and Avery just wanted her momma today since she was sick. So blessed!

Hall Family Christmas 2013 in Lucas

went to the hall family christmas.. had a great time. Landry loved opening her present, she couldn't wait!! We exchanged gifts (I got a very nice 3 frame pic frame and Tracy got 2 bright lights and a large bag clip). Had a great visit with everyone.

Wow!  Just found this blog I started a few years ago.  I will try and keep it more updated.  It's December 2013 and its a very foggy day.  Tracy took Landry to Carmens and Avery to school today, I am going with Lisa to a Dr. apt in DM.

We are in full swing and ready to spread the joy of Christmas.  We have our tree up and Snow (the elf) is up to her tricks… the girls love finding her every morning.  This is the first year that Landry has really been able to enjoy her.  She definitely didn't like when snow put chocolate on the kitchen counter.

Avery is having a great year in school.  I cannot believe she is in 4th grade already.  She has grown up so fast.  She is in Soar and lots of activities.  She has a piano performance on Saturday at the nursing home.  She has piano lessons on Monday, pitching lessons on Tuesday, and Dance lessons on Thursdays… and now she has basketball on Saturday mornings.  She is a busy, little girl.

Landry is full of life and joy.  She is really coming out of her shell.  She loves Doc McStuffins!  She is also a big fan of her leap pad and Team Umizoomi.  She makes me laugh daily!!

Tracy is the high school principal and still the most amazing guy ever!!  I am so blessed to be able to call him my husband.  I love him so much!

My family is my world.  I thank God everyday for such a wonderful family!!
